1. The Spark of Curiosity
I was born and raised in Burundi, with roots in Rwanda, and have always been passionate about technology. From a young age, I enjoyed taking apart devices, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions with limited resources. Growing up in an environment with limited opportunities, I knew I had to venture beyond the familiar to truly grow.
This curiosity drove me to seek new horizons where I could develop both personally and professionally.
2. Building Skills and Resilience
Seeking greater opportunities, I moved to South Africa, where I worked as an IT technician. During my time there, I gained experience in repairing devices and expanding my expertise in networking and system administration. Every challenge I faced strengthened my technical skills and resilience, shaping my determination to keep learning and improving.
As I continued to grow in South Africa, I realized that I wanted to challenge myself further and deepen my expertise in a more advanced tech environment.
3. Advancing Expertise in IT Systems
Driven by a thirst for growth, I later moved to Germany, a hub of technological innovation. Here, I deepened my expertise in IT system electronics, earning certifications in CCNA, Linux Administration, and Microsoft 365. I mastered securing networks, configuring servers, and optimizing IT infrastructures, turning my passion for technology into valuable expertise.
With a strong foundation built, I now look to apply my skills in diverse, real-world challenges that continue to drive my professional journey.
4. A Passion Beyond Technology
Beyond IT, I discovered a love for cycling. What started as a practical mode of transport soon became a lifestyle. I now enjoy long-distance biking, and cycling has become an integral part of my life. Today, as an IT System Electronics Technician, I continue to evolve and explore both technology and life, always embracing new challenges and learning from every experience.
